Jonah and Jonae were one of the thousands of couples impacted by COVD-19 in the last two years.
Instead of having a big wedding, they opted to have an intimate gathering with immediate family and closest friends in the mountains of Leavenworth, WA. Their intimate mountain wedding was one I will never forget!
The group rented out a property with multiple cabins and a gorgeous view of the mountains.
The day started with everyone in their respective cabins getting ready. Laughs were had along with tears while face-timing family and friends who were unable to celebrate with them in person.
Jonah and Jonae had their first look in the gorgeous green forest adjacent to Lake Wenatchee. The couple exchanged personal vows and enjoyed some quiet moments together in a mixture of sunshine and rain…It’s Washington, folks.
Lake Wenatchee was the perfect spot for their bridal portraits! Even despite the wind and interesting weather, the deep blues and greens of the landscape made for the dreamiest images!
Jonah and Jonae decided to exchange their vows in a small grove of aspens. Their ceremony was full of humor, emotion, and sentiment.
After their ceremony, the group adjourned for food, toasts, and fellowship – followed by some serious dancing, of course.
June 5, 2021, will always be a special day. Congratulations Jonah and Jonae!
